delivery & returns

– Standard delivery is approximately 5 working days.

All our orders are wrapped in tissue paper and sent in a shipping bag via trackable courier.

Once your package has been shipped you will receive an Email containing the Track & Trace code to track your package.

Exchange and Returns

Complaints Should be informed to us within 24 Hours, after this period of time you can not file complaints about damaged goods or incorrect delivery. 

Embraced Kids wants you to be happy with your purchases from its collection. Therefore you have an approval period of 7 days. Of course, it is allowed to first try the clothes on. If your purchases does not fulfil your expectations, you can return the (unused) items within 7 days (with all tags including the black red Return tag and the original packaging). We do not provide refunds. Instead you’ll receive code that you can use at our web shop for the same value as the returned parcel.

• Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Process of returns

If your return reaches us we will process it as soon as possible. You will receive an email about the status of your return. We do not provide refunds. Instead you’ll receive code that you can use at our web shop for the same value as the returned parcel.

Conditions

– Of course, it is allowed to try the items first on. But they can’t be washed or worn. (except for swimwear and accessories “Earrings, Necklace, Rings, Handmade bracelets, headbands, Beanies” they can not be returned)

– We may charge a fee for returned products with a strong odor of smoke or food.

– Articles should be send to us in good condition.

– Articles in the sale CANNOT be returned.

You will receive a voucher code.

Exceptions

Should you unexpectedly have to deal with an incorrect delivery or manufacturing defect / complaint

Shipping

Delivered but not delivered: All our products are being shipped with a T&T code because we want to be able to follow and track down your order at any time. Should your t&t code indicate that the package is delivered but this is not the case, then you should contact the courier service (DPD NL). We are not responsible for lost products.

The first delivery attempt made by DPD NL, counts for us as “DELIVERED”. Embraced Kids is not responsible for missed delivery attempts.
